LANO New Orleans at Nonprofit Central

The LANO New Orleans field office located at Nonprofit Central was developed to be a resource collaborative for local, recovering nonprofits.  A wide array of services are provided to nonprofits at Nonprofit Central, including capacity building, trainings, advocacy and public policy assistance and technical assistance. 

Other services offered by LANO New Orleans at Nonprofit Central include:

• Back office support in
  • fundraising and grantwriting
  • marketing and public relations
  • financial management
• Use of a board room and training room
• Access to computers, the internet and other office technology
• A focal point for capacity building partners to assist local organizations
• Frequent skill-building events
• Access to a Foundation Center Collaborating Collection and other resource materials
• Access to up to date public policy information at the local, state and federal levels

LANO New Orleans hosts the weekly meetings of the Unified Nonprofits of Greater New Orleans.
