As a Board member and Managing Director at FSG for the past twelve years, John focuses on inspiring FSG’s Leadership Team, consultants, and operations staff to achieve excellence in their work. John has led dozens of strategic planning and evaluation efforts for foundations, nonprofits, and corporations. Client activity includes significant experience in education, economic and community development, health care, and the environment. He has also been a leader in FSG’s intellectual capital development related to Catalytic Philanthropy, Collective Impact, Shared Value, and community foundation sustainability.
Building on more than 25 years of international development experience, Kyle has led many of FSG’s Global Health and Global Development engagements. Role at FSG
Since 2002, Kyle has managed over 100 consulting projects for FSG in the areas of strategy, program design, operations and evaluation. He encourages FSG’s teams to think creatively and practically to create client solutions for social impact; helps set the vision for the firm and manages the annual business plan; and he writes and speaks on ideas related to global health, global development and companies’ engagement with society.
Autumn has more than 13 years of experience working with foundations, nonprofit organizations, government agencies, school districts, and associations on strategy, program design, evaluation, and advocacy. She comes to FSG with state and national social sector experience, particularly in the field of education. Role at FSG
Autumn is a part of the firm’s Education & Youth impact area and is involved in a range of strategy and evaluation projects. Her interests include education and youth, collective impact, creating shared value, and global development. Most recently Autumn has worked with the National Equity Project in development of strategic priorities and on the development of thinking around human capital and assessment of the education human talent landscape.
