LANO Member Baton Rouge Speech & Hearing Foundation celebrated the opening today of its new Emerge Center for Communication, Behavior & Development at the LSU Innovation Park.
Many community friends and supporters of the Foundation, including Baton Rouge Mayor-President Kip Holden, along with numerous local LANO members were on hand to watch the ceremonial ribbon cutting and tour the new 26,000 square-foot facility.
The Emerge Center replaces the foundation's much smaller former home on West Roosevelt Street, and opens as demand for its services is on the rise, according to staff.
