Following the panel, UL Lafayette College of Business Administration faculty, including LANO member Dr. Lise Anne Slatten, led six table discussions on topics affecting nonprofits, such as the mission statement, website content and accounting rules.
The event's keynote speaker was Karey D. Dye, a managing director for investment banking firm Goldman Sachs, who spoke on current trends among foundations, endowments and charities.
