sector in our state is entering an exciting period that will see new businesses
locating and investing in our communities, and presenting us with new
possibilities for programmatic support going forward. This isn’t to say
that we won’t continue to face challenges in identifying and capitalizing on
new volunteers and donors, but at least we can begin to see the economy moving
forward, in what promises to be a better environment for all of us.
travels throughout the state I’m constantly amazed by the commitment and
enthusiasm of our members’ staff, volunteers, and leadership. The
organizations that comprise LANO have all seen the worst of the economy and
time and again have redoubled their efforts to ensure that their commitment to
their communities are met, and their organizations continue to provide their
lucky, honored, and proud to represent the member organizations and LANO, and
commit to each of you that as an organization, we will exceed your expectations
