Posted By Jason Nicosia, Connect for a Cause, LLC, Wednesday, June 13, 2012

Greetings LANO Members and Friends!

It's been awesome to meet so many great nonprofits through Connect for a Cause in these last 3 months since we've launched.

I'm proud to announce that we've already helped nonprofits all around the country raise over $20,000 to further their missions!

Never did I think I'd be learning about the inner workings of nonprofit fundraising, or the amazing causes that exist in our state, and I just wanted to write this post to you and to LANO to say thanks for the encouragement and support!

I can't wait to see who the nonprofits in Louisiana will auction lunch with next! We've already had local business executives, community leaders, and even a few local celebrities participate, and hope to see many more in the coming months.

OPPORTUNITY FOR YOU: Next month, we'll be advertising our service here in Louisiana, and if you want to take advantage of some free PR and Marketing for your nonprofit, get your organization and key board members or supporters registered at and start hosting your own VIP lunch auctions!

If your nonprofit runs more than 5 lunch auctions in the month of July, we'll cut the administrative fee in half!*

I personally look forward to learning more about and promoting the great work that nonprofits do in our state. Talk to you again soon and hope to hear from you!

Jason Nicosia, President, Connect for a Cause and Proud LANO Member!

*LANO Member nonprofits receive this discount, equal to 50% of our administrative fee, on all auctions as a benefit of membership.
