Erica McGeachy Crenshaw, a former Wall Street equity research analyst with 16 years of finance experience, is CEO of Execute Now!, a finance and accounting firm with a focus on nonprofit organizations, including charter schools, and private companies with up to $20M in revenue.

Crenshaw has a passion for financial leadership and feels the lessons of the Hull House collapse are important to every organization.

Kim Boudreaux is Executive Director of Lafayette Catholic Services Center, providing help to the homeless, hungry, sick and poor since 1973.

The Louisiana Association of Nonprofit Organizations is pleased to host an important leadership seminar, The Lessons of Hull House: Avoiding Failure Through Financial Leadership.

Mrs. Erica McGeachy Crenshaw, CEO of Louisiana finance and accounting firm Execute Now!, will present, with additional commentary provided by Catholic Services Center Executive Director, Kim Boudreaux. LANO President & CEO Ann S. Williamson will introduce the speakers and moderate the session.

Join experts Crenshaw, Boudreaux and Williamson for an analysis and discussion of the recent collapse of historic nonprofit Jane Addams Hull House. Learn financial and strategic lessons from this tragic story and how to apply them to the benefit of your nonprofit.

LANO is able to extend this opportunity to the nonprofit community as a component of our organizational development services contract through the Office of Community Development. We welcome the organizations already engaged in this program and invite all to click hereto learn more.

This leadership seminar is free of charge; however attendees will be asked to provide certain information per state contract guidelines. Registration is required and seating is limited. Light refreshments will be served.
