All passionate nonprofit leaders dream of taking their organization to lofty heights, yet achieving these goals may be illusive or fleeting. This three-part program will focus on the characteristics, behaviors and leadership patterns of organizations highly regarded for excellence.

During this seminar at the Brown Foundation Community Training Room you can expect to learn about and discuss:

  • Phases of organizational life normally preceding excellence and how to effectively navigate those phases
  • Leadership behaviors necessary to sustain organizational excellence, including how to "right-the-ship” if your organization falls from its virtuous path
  • Effective, and perhaps creative, approaches to rewarding those who "drive” and "maintain” excellence

This leadership seminar is free of charge; however attendees will be asked to provide certain information per state contract guidelines. Registration is required and seating is limited.
