The Candlelight Memorial supports individuals living with HIV/AIDS by reducing negative stigma, promoting testing and prevention, and continuing the fight against this disease.

This year we recognize the 31st anniversary of the memorial and the theme "Let's keep the light on HIV”.

For the Baton Rouge observance, HAART has planned a candlelight vigil and a memorial walk from North Boulevard Town Square to City Hall.
