The Salvation Army of Greater Baton Rouge will be hosting our annual Cart Path to Hope Golf Tournament, Tuesday, October 25, 2016 at the University Club golf course, 15333 Memorial Tower Drive.
Those interested in playing should register at events.sauss.net.
Registration fee for individual golfers is $150 and $600 per foursome. One hundred percent of the proceeds will benefit the Salvation Army Flood Relief Fund for Baton Rouge and the surrounding areas. “We have changed the beneficiary of the tournament this year to reflect our current circumstances following the floods to help with flood relief. We are hopeful many will want to come enjoy a round of golf and help support the work we are doing to help our community!”, said Captain Brett Meredith, Commander of the Salvation Army of Greater Baton Rouge.
Local businesses who have committed to ‘Doing the Most Good’ through sponsorship of the tournament are Community Coffee, Garrison Advertising, General Paper Company, Regions Bank, Postlethwaite & Netterville, APAC, Blue Cross and Blue Shield Of Louisiana, Albemarle, the Huey and Angelina Wilson Foundation, Everything Philly, Olinde's Furniture, The Backpacker, Perlis Clothing Baton Rouge, and the Hilton Baton Rouge Capitol Center.
