Join Danielle Mason, VP of Client Strategy at Benefit Innovations, LLP, for a discussion of the variety of topics pertinent to not-for-profit benefit strategy, including the variety of options for offering benefits as well as an overview of the Affordable Care Act and it's implications to employers.
The session will also dive into the various cost-containment objectives that can be used to save bottom-line dollars on the benefits plan. Furthermore, we will explore the effects of offering versus not offering benefits, pertinent to all sizes of employers.

About the Presenter:


Danielle Mason is VP, Client Strategy at Benefit Innovations, LLP, an agency focused on delivering clear, powerful, and positive results to the clients we serve. Danielle specializes in group benefits for medium to large employers, with focus on cost-containment, employee communication, and ACA compliance. She consults with employers to assist in navigating the nuances of the Affordable Care Act and has spoken about the bill and it's implications to a range of audiences, including the national Benefits Selling Expo in 2013. Danielle has been with Benefit Innovations for 11 years and resides in Indianapolis, Indiana.
