About the Presenter:


A.J. Steinberg, founder of Queen Bee Fundraising, has been creating outstanding special events since 1999. Her Los Angeles-based event planning company, Masquerade Events, produces stunning social events for a wide range of clients. Her work creating successful fundraisers utilizing volunteer committees has gained her the reputation as the "go to gal" for nonprofits looking to maximize their eventcommittees' effectiveness and profitability.

A.J. has guided volunteer committees in the successful production of nonprofit galas, fashion shows, concerts and street festival for a broad spectrum of nonprofits including The Jane Goodall Institute, Cystic Fibrosis, BreatheLA and Union Rescue Mission.

In 2015 A.J. created Queen Bee Fundraising which focuses on the art of nonprofit special eventmanagement and volunteer committeeleadership.
