Fired up or burned out?

You've all heard the phrase "You should never judge a book by its cover.” The truth is we all do. In this particular case, I looked at some of the great management books we've featured at CausePlanet over the years. One of them caught my eye because the cover's so great. (Insert "Caught you!” here.) But the more intelligent answer you're looking for is that it contains a terrific amount of sage advice for managers. The book is called Fired Up or Burned Out: How to Reignite Your Team's Passion, Creativity and Productivityby Michael Lee Stallard.
