Packard Foundation HIVE Leadership

The David and Lucile Packard Foundation is happy to announce the launch of the HIVE leadership development program for reproductive health, rights, and justice leaders in Louisiana led by CompassPoint. The goals of the program are to strengthen relationships of leaders across the state, increase skills related to generating, managing, and navigating resources for sustainability, and increase personal and organizational resilience. Sixteen emerging nonprofit leaders will be selected to participate in an intensive 18-month program which includes quarterly retreats, webinars, small peer learning groups, and individual coaching.
