Partner with Byronz Restaurant Family for Your Next Fundraiser!

Posted By Melissa Kemmerly, Louisiana Association of Nonprofit Organizations, Thursday, January 11, 2018
Updated: Thursday, January 11, 2018

Hello LANO!

My name is Chelsea and I’m the Marketing and Public Relations Director for Byronz Restaurant Family, including Bistro Byronz and Flambée Café. I wanted to reach out to you all about the fundraising opportunities at our restaurants and see if we might be a match for your organization.

Byronz Restaurant Family has always committed to giving back to the community through donations to various events and foundations, especially through our Bistro For Your Cause program. With the opening of Flambée Café, we have added French Fired Fundraisers as yet another way to bring awareness to local causes and aid them in their fundraising efforts.

Both events are held on either Monday or Tuesday nights and have the same structure: 20% of non-alcoholic in-house dinner sales and 10% of take-out orders go directly to the featured cause. Patrons simply fill out a short comment card when they sign their receipt and we take care of the rest! Plus, we have prix-fix menus created on WaitR that activate for give back events only and 10% of those sales will be donated. Shortly after the event, we tally the sums from each receipt and we cut you a check that you can pick up at your convenience or have it mailed to your organization.

We have revamped our structure to create more awareness for each cause and have seen unprecedented success with the new program. My personal goal for 2018 is to reach a point where we have at least one fundraiser scheduled per week across our organization. I can’t think of a better thing than helping 52+ local causes meet their needs and I would love for your organization to be part of this initiative. I personally work with each organization to create Facebook events, flyers, and graphics to help you promote the event and we promote on social media as well as emails to our 10,000+ patron database. All we ask is that you do your best to fill the room, and we will ensure they have an amazing experience!

Please let me know if you are interested in scheduling an event with either restaurant for 2018 and we can get started planning right away!

Best,

Chelsea Gidden
