How To Engage and Retain Your Donors in 2015

Posted By Jason Nicosia, CommitChange, Tuesday, January 27, 2015

Engaging your donors throughout the year is key to retaining their donations as the months pass by. It is also key to convert first time donors into recurring ones. Recent studies show that the key to retaining donors in 2015 lies in constant communication with impact stories from your organization. Engage and retain your donors with these tips:

  • Show them their impact
  • Share your plans for 2015
  • Create giving opportunities throughout the year

  • Don’t forget to thank them

Your donor relationships should be like your personal relationships, grow and nurture them by frequently communicating and sharing what you have been up to and what your next steps are. Ready to start engaging your donors? Go to CommitChange's Blog to view our full blog post!
