Succession Connection: For the Future and Experienced Leader

2 years, 10 years, 20 years, we all experience the inevitable: transition. Join leading experts on succession planning in the nonprofit sector, as they dive into critical practices for a successful leadership transition. Don Tebbe and Bridgette Burge will address the journey, succession as an opportunity, diversity and generational shifts, as well as transition essentials such as policies and planning. This will be an interactive day full of workshops, case studies, panels, and discussion. Participants will leave with templates, toolkits and many resources to continue their path to building greater sustainability for their organization. Breakfast and Lunch will be provided.

Who Should Attend: Organizations are encouraged to bring their Executive Director/CEO, a young emerging leader and a board member. However, this training is critical for all executive leaders and open to all nonprofit staff and board.
