LANO Workshop on Evaluation

"Evaluation: A Powerful Tool to Document Impact, Improve Programs, and Expand Funding"

Does your organization need to do more to systematically evaluate your programs? Are you unclear about concepts like logic model, theory of change, and outcome measurement? Do you want specific techniques to improve your capacity to generate data that drives program improvement, reporting to funders, and accountability to the community?

This practical, hands-on workshop will explore key concepts and provide practical tools you can use to design and implement meaningful program evaluation in your organization.  The evaluation skills you gain will help you further your organization's mission by allowing you to tell the story of your programs' successes, thereby increasing the interest and support of clients, funders, partners, and the community.

Workshop facilitators Leroy Divinity and Alan Brickman are seasoned evaluators who have worked with organizations in many different fields to conduct program evaluations and outcome measurement. They are independent consultants representing the Gulf Coast Eval Network (GCEval), an association of evaluation professionals in the Gulf South.
