The Louisiana Association of Nonprofit Organizations, in conjunction with the Neighborhoods Partnership Network (NPN) and with support from the Foundation for Louisiana, will be holding a New Orleans Neighborhood Advocacy Training Saturday, Dec. 3rd from 9am till noon. This training is free and open to all neighborhood organizations in the New Orleans area.
